Founder’s Story

Many years ago, the founders of Crawdaddy’s wanted to create a special and unique restaurant in Visalia- a southern style restaurant that reflected the style and flavors of New Orleans. This is exactly why they opened up Crawdaddy’s, and it’s exactly why they intentionally added so many mouthwatering, southern style and seafood dishes to their menu. For years and even decades, we have loved to wow our guests with our amazing flavors and textures of foods. People come to Crawdaddy’s to fill up on the Cajun and Creole style delicious menu items.
