Crawdaddy’s: A Milestone and a Birthday
October 4th, 2006 marked the beginning of Crawdaddy’s, a
dream brought to life by two imaginative brothers in
downtown Visalia. As we celebrate our 19th anniversary, we
also honor the birthday of Troy, one of the visionaries
behind it all. Without their daring idea in 2003, Crawdaddy’s
wouldn’t be the beloved destination it is today. Cheers to 19
years of great food, unforgettable memories, and to the
dreamers who made it all possible. Happy birthday, Troy,
